Incident 07 May 2009

Member of public at Balloch reported having seen white flashing lights in the vicinity of Munlochy Bay.

Two locally based team members and North Kessock ILB were tasked to investigate. Suspected source of light corresponded to movement, in high winds, of bird deterrent dangling CDs on moored raft at mouth of Munlochy Bay.

Satisfied that there was no casualty, both rescue assets were stood down.
