Fourteen foot dory reported drifting between Avoch and Fortrose.  Cromarty CRT and North Kessock ILB tasked.  Holed dory recovered to Fortrose moorings after checking for recent activity within the boat.   Non found.  Fortrose Harbour Master informed.
